"And many of the kids, I'm thinking of a handful of them right off the top of my head, use it on the regular. I have a student who comes in every Monday morning upset. And the past two Monday mornings after he uses the Alongside app, I say, do you wanna talk now? And the past two weeks in a row, he said, no, now I'm good, and was able to get to class. So that cut my time with him by about 50%.

I mean, if he keeps on this path, that means that he's becoming independent just like Mrs. Jones is encouraging them to do. So I use it as a tool as well. And I feel like it's helpful not just for the kids, but for me. Because that frees up my time to be able to do something else that needs to get done."
